#18 The Garden

It is spring here in south, just as your northerners start to descend into the depths of autumn.

For those of us lucky enough to have gardens, or live close to nature, there is a mirroring going on from nature, back to us.

We can, if we slow down enough to pay attention, behold our garden and in turn be given back a view into our own interior, secret gardens.

The unfurling of apple and pear buds, beckons to our own inner unfurling - What is wanting to come to life in you this spring? What did you plant in winter, or, perhaps, what long lost bulb of forgotten joy are you feeling push up in you towards the warming sun?

Whichever hemisphere this finds you on, this episode is an invitation to slow down to the pace of the garden, and in turn, to yourself.
