Older now, I realise how my my inner life needed work to match my outer life. My entrepreneurial bent lead me to starting businesses since I left university. A few years into the business world I realised I wanted more, more than just what purely business offered. So I spent two years studying the Christian mystics, starting working in therapy, and bringing more consciousness to the wisdom of my body through dance and other somatic practices.
I have found enormous challenge and growth through co-parenting my three children. Alongside keeping a hand in my coffee company at an oversight level, I was called into coaching during the pandemic via my own integral coach who had an impact on my life during a significant transition.
Integral coaching allows me to scaffold the various training and experiences in life in a meaningful way to companion my clients exactly where they are. I work with your coaching topic and create a personal development plan with exercises and practices that unfolds your own deeper development in a way that will affect multiple levels of your life, not just your coaching topic.
