FAQ
What is Integral Coaching?
Integral Coaching is a unique approach to invite more aliveness and fulfilment into your world. It is a methodology that can support you at any stage in life, with any challenge or longing that might be emergent. Integral Coaching offers practical support in the short term, while also inviting deeper, transformational shifts.
How is Integral Coaching different from therapy?
This is a common question, because there are a lot of similarities. Therapy usually begins looking backwards, while Integral Coaching is interested in what is happening in the moment, using practices to support shifts in the present moment to encourage a new way of being. The approach of Integral Coaching is to the whole person.
How often will we meet?
In the beginning, we will meet more often as I get to know you and design your personal development plan. I meet with most of my clients on a bi-weekly basis in order for you have time to dive into practices. For most clients, the range of coaching is 6-12 sessions, yet for others, there is a desire for continued extended work. An integral program is usually around 3-6 months.
What can I expect in the program?
First, I will do an intake, and then create your personal development plan, which may include somatic practices, writing reflections, resources and exercises. In continued coaching conversations we may integrate practices in session, and we will revisit the plan and reflect on any insights, blocks or questions as the new way of being starts to live in you more over time.
How much do you cost?
I find that this work is best suited to packaged pricing; I suggest 3 months at a minimum. I do not offer hourly pricing. Please contact me for package pricing. I also see a limited number of clients on a sliding scale, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
How do I find out more?
I offer a free 20 minute chemistry call to hear more about what you are looking for, answer any questions, and share more about my coaching process.
