#21 The Matters of the Heart

Did you know that your heart as an organ can sense the whole in three dimensional holographic form? That your heart is a magnetic resonator able to create a field of energy that can even influence others, for better or for less.

In this mornings musings, I speak about the physics and mysteries of the heart; how it can bring coherence to our whole body and life. That the heart perceives the world as a whole field, rather than binary, and that by getting in touch with this wisdom, we can live a more whole and vital life.

Working with the heart as a physical, emotional, and energetic center through movement, coaching, and connection with nature is the work for my next retreat here on the land in Ōhau, Levin.
