Usually, it is not a straight forward affair.

Lots of twists and turns, offers and refusals, invitations from the universe and our utter reluctance to step out of the comfortable known, into that which persistently beckons.

This week I speak with my good friend and fellow integral coach, Tricia Gast.

Like all good stories, this one began a long time ago.

Our conversation delves into what led us both into coaching, and the wonderful confluence that had both of us landing in the same coaching school that is New Ventures West.
